CEU Individual Profile

A CEU Individual Profile displays specific CEU-only data as part of an Individual's record. This profile page is particularly useful fo rthose people interested only in tracking Certification and CEU related data for an Individual.

Notes:
  • This profile is not a separate record from the Individual's record within CRM. In other words, if you make changes on the CEU Individual Profile, the changes will also be reflected within the overall CRM record as well (such as an address change for example).
  • The intent is to use this profile as easy access to educational data and child forms only.

The CEU Individual Profile

The CEU Individual Profile is exactly like the CRM Individual Profile except CEU specific tabs and child forms are the only tabs present. The Individual name and contact information are present and modifiable. Additional information such as work address and contact information are also available. On the Actions Bar you have the ability to access COE and Event Registration for the Individual.

CEU Individual Profile Child Forms

The child forms section of the CEU Individual Profile has three tabs:

  • CEUs Earned
  • Cert Program Enrolled
  • Self Reported CEUs

CEUs Earned Tab

The CEUs Earned tab contains the following child form:

  • ceu credits - displays all CEU Credits earned for an individual. This includes credits earned through attending an event, an event session, purchasing a product that gives CEU credit, attending a course, and/or completing an exam.

Cert Program Enrolled Tab

The Cert Programs Enrolled tab contains the following child forms:

  • courses - displays a list of courses the individual is enrolled in as well as the results of that course if applicable. Courses may be added from this child form.
  • exams - displays a list of exams the individual has registered for as well as the results of those exams if applicable. Exams may be added from this child form.

Self Reported CEUs Tab

The Self Reported CEUs tab contains the following child form:

Tip: Remember, this is not the overall Individual Profile for an individual. The overall Individual Profile is found in the CRM module. This profile is specific to CEU Credits.
